of the MethResources database for information, training, and resources related to safety of
meth lab "first responders."
Methamphetamine laboratories pose serious and possibly deadly hazards to those who may come into contact with them or the chemicals used during the production of methamphetamine. This includes not only those producing the drugs, but also those public safety personnel and others who may come across the labs.
Only specially-trained members of the law enforcement community should respond to potential meth lab situations.
